西部退耕还林工程可持续发展能力评价方法

【摘要】在阐明层次分析法的基本原理基础上,对综合评价模型中的距离函数模型及指标量化方法进行分析;结合退耕还林工程可持续发展能力评价特点,构建和确定各层次判断矩阵及各指标权重;依据综合距离值的计算方法,说明判断工程可持续发展能力强弱的标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the basic principles of analytic hierarchy process(AHP),distance function model and quantitative indicator methods in comprehensive assessment model were analyzed.Combined with the assessment characteristics of sustainable development capacity of the converting cropland to forestland project,judge matrix and target weight at every level was constructed and determined.According to the calculation of integrated distance value,the standard to estimate the sustainable development capacity of the project was discussed.更多还原
