【Abstract】 Now biomass energy consumption accounts for 15% of the world energy consumption.Being a kind of renewable and clean energy,biomass energy becomes more and more important.Many foreign countries have taken measures to strengthen guidance for the development of biomass energy industry: making national development strategies,establishing specialized scientific research and management agencies,enhancing relevant legislations and providing many preferential policies in finance,credit and taxation to support the development of biomass energy industry.更多还原
