众生丸在小鼠体内抗H5N1亚型禽流感病毒的实验研究

【摘要】 目的:研究众生丸在小鼠体内对禽流感病毒H5N1亚型的抑制作用。方法:以达菲为阳性对照,观察众生丸对小鼠流感病毒性肺炎的抑制作用和对染毒小鼠的死亡保护作用,从而判定其抗流感病毒作用。结果:与病毒对照组相比较,众生丸可降低禽流感病毒性肺炎小鼠肺指数,调节T淋巴细胞亚群,降低小鼠血清中TNF-α含量,促进IFN-γ和IL-10产生,减轻肺间质、肺泡内炎症;众生丸低剂量组对H5N1亚型禽流感病毒所致小鼠的死亡有降低作用,并延长生存时间。结论:众生丸对H5N1禽流感病毒感染小鼠所致肺病变具有抑制作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the inhibitory effects of ZhongSheng Pill on aiv influenza virus H5N1 in vivo. Methods: Use Taimfl as the positive control group, to observe the inhibitory effects of ZhongSheng Pill on influenza viral pneumoniaand the protective effects on death prevention in mice, so as to judge it’s anti -influenza virus effects. Results: compared with the viral control group, ZhongSheng Pill could reduce the lung index of aiv influenza viral pneumonia, regulate the T lymphocyte subgroup,reduce the levels of TNF-α in serum,promote the development of IFN-γ and IL- 10,lighten Interstitial Lung Disease and the alveolar walls inflammation; The low dose of ZhongSheng Pill had a decreasing effect on thepulmonary index of mice with viral infection by aiv influenza virus H5N1 virus,and extend the survival time of mice. Conclusion: ZhongSheng Pill has obvious inhibition on lung lesions of rats with viral infection by aiv influenza virus H5N1.
