基于模糊故障树的柴油发动机故障诊断方法研究

【摘要】 机车在交通运输领域有着不可替代的作用,提高机车的运用和维修的可靠性是实现其功能的保证。本文将模糊数学理论与故障树分析方法相结合,建立了16V240ZJ型机车发动机的故障树模型,对以发动机不能正常起动为顶事件的模糊故障树的模糊算子进行了分析计算;并对该模糊故障树进行了定性及定量分析。通过对燃油供给系统、空气供给系统、起动系统及其主要组成部件发生故障的概率分析,得到了机车不能正常起动的故障树顶事件发生的模糊概率隶属曲线及顶事件发生的概率可信区间。采用模糊故障树对发动机的故障进行诊断的方法克服了传统故障树分析中需要大量可靠性数据和部件失效精确概率值的缺点,同时为开展机车的运用和维修工作提供了一定的理论分析基础。

【Abstract】 Locomotive plays an irreplaceable role in the field of transport.Its functions can be guaranteed by enhancing the reliability of operation and maintenance.In this paper,it establishes the fault-tree model of 16V240ZJ locomotive engine by combining the fuzzy math theory and fault tree analysis methods,and analyzes the fuzzy operator of fuzzy fault tree which uses engine starting-fault as the top event;and it carries out the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the fuzzy fault tree.It obtains the fuzzy probability subjection curve of fault-tree top events of engine starting-fault and the probability confidence interval by analyzing the failure probability of the fuel supply systems,air supply system, starting system and its main component parts.This method of carrying through failure diagnosis of engine by fuzzy fault tree overcomes the defect of needing a large number of reliability data and precision probability of failure parts in traditional fault tree analysis,and provides a certain theoretical analysis basis for developing operation and maintenance of the locomotive at the same time.
