激光电源参数对焊缝成型及表面质量的影响

【摘要】 采用400WYAG固体激光器对2Cr13不锈钢进行了激光焊接工艺研究,分析了脉宽、频率、电流、脉冲波形对其焊缝成型及表面质量的影响。结果表明,脉宽增加,焊缝宽度、熔深增加,焊缝凹陷也增加;频率越高,焊缝宽度越窄,熔深越浅;电流增大,熔深、焊缝宽度和焊缝凹陷也相应增加;电流逐渐增大的波形对金属熔化形成熔池具有缓冲作用,焊缝凹陷较小;(200A×4ms+250A×2ms)×20Hz的电源参数适合2mm的2Cr13不锈钢板材的焊接。

【Abstract】 The laser welding technology of 2Cr13 stainless steel was studied by 400 W YAG laser machine.The effects of parameters(welding pulse width,frequncy,electric current,pulse form) on weld molding and surface quality were discussed and analyzed.The results show that with the increase of pulse width,welding width and welding depth and welding depression increase;the bigger electric current frequency,the more narrow the welding width,the more shallow the welding depth and welding depression;with the increase of electric current,welding width and welding depth and welding depression increase;pulse form of electric current increasing gradually has buffering on melting pool,so welding depression is smaller;parameter of power supply(200A×4ms+250A×2ms)× 20Hz is suitable for welding of stainless steel plate with 2 mm thickness.
