微束等离子电弧形态试验研究
Experimental Study on Shape of Micro-plasma Arc
【摘要】 对微束等离子电弧的应用和特点进行了简单的总结。通过试验观测各种工艺参数改变对等离子弧形态的影响,得出结论:微束等离子电弧形态主要受等离子气流量影响;在一定范围内增大工作电流,能够有效提高等离子电弧的有效工作长度;工作电流改变对等离子电弧温度影响较大。
【Abstract】 Applications and characteristic of micro-plasma arc were summed up.The effect of the change of process parameters on the shape of micro-beam plasma was tested through experiment.The result show that the shape of micro-plasma arc mainly depends on the flow rate of plasma-gas.The effective length of arc increases with the increase of working current within limits.The change of working current greatly effect on temperature arc of micro-plasma arc
