变形温度对X52管线钢晶粒细化的影响

【摘要】 为使X52管线钢产品晶粒组织细化,综合性能提高,研究了X52钢变形温度对组织细化及超细晶粒产生的影响。热模拟试验发现,变形可使X52管线钢细化晶粒,并促使超细铁素体晶粒在A3温度以上出现,而且变形温度越低,越有利于超细晶组织的形成。

【Abstract】 In order to improve integrative performance of pipeline steel X52 by means of grain refinement, it’s necessary to design process of controlling rolling and cooling reasonably. Based on this purpose, the influence of deformation temperature on grain refinement and appearance of ultra-fined grain was studied about pipeline steel X52. It’s observed in thermo-mechanical simulating experimentation that the deformation can make grain refine, ultra-fined ferrite grain can appear at deformation temperature above A3, and lower deformation temperature is in favor of forming of ultra-fined microstructure.
