对接接头角变形变化过程研究

【摘要】 普通碳素结构钢板由于自身具有的良好综合力学性能和可焊性能,被广泛的应用在各种焊接结构中,角变形一直是其对接接头焊接过程中需要解决的突出问题。本文对Q235和45钢板材对接接头多层焊角变形变化过程进行了测量,对其角变形变化过程和特点进行了分析和总结。认为,对接接头首层焊角变形变化过程与被焊材料的种类有关;对接接头各层焊缝角变形动态变化过程有所区别,首层焊缝角变形过程较为复杂。

【Abstract】 Ordinary carbon structural steel is widely used in a variety of welded structure for its good mechanical properties and weld ability,the angular distortion is a serious problem to be resolved in the butt joint welding process.The angle distortion changes in multiplayer welding process butt joint of Q235 and 45 steel plate was measured,and their angle changing process and characteristics of deformation were analyzed and summarized.The process of the first layer butt joint angle deforming is related of the welding materials.Butt joint weld angle distortion dynamic process varies from layer to layer,the first layer angle deforming process is more complicated.
