表面冶金形成低合金高速钢及其性能研究
Study on Low-alloyed High Speed Steel Formed by Surface Metallurgy and Its Performance
【摘要】 为在低碳钢表面形成钼铬型低合金高速钢,用等离子表面冶金方法对低碳钢进行表面处理,获得了所希望的合金层表面,并对合金层表面成分、硬度、摩擦系数进行分析。结果表明:其表面成分接近冶金高速钢;深冷处理的试样表面硬度明显高于未经过深冷处理的合金层表面硬度;不同深冷处理试样的滑动摩擦因数基本相同,经深冷处理的试样比原试样的摩擦因数降低大约15%,且合金层中的碳化物细小、均匀、弥散,没有粗大的共晶莱氏体组织。
【Abstract】 In order to form Mo-Cr low alloyed high speed steel on the surface of low-carbon steel,the surface treatment of low-carbon was carried out using the plasma surface metallurgy method.The hoped alloying surface layer was obtained.The surface composition,hardness,friction coefficient of Cr-Mo low-alloyed high speed steel were analysed.The results show that: its surface composition closes to metallurgy high-speed steel;surface hardness of the cryogenic treated sample significantly is higher than that without cryogenic treated sample;the friction coefficient of different cryogenic treatment samples is basically the same,the friction coefficient of the cryogenic treated sample reduces about 15% than that without cryogenic treated sample,and the carbide in alloying layer is small,uniform,dispersed,no coarse eutectic ledeburite structure.
