铸造用电磁泵定量输送技术研究
Study of Quantitative Pouring Technology with Electromagnetic Pump in Casting
【摘要】 介绍了铸造用电磁泵定量输送技术理论、基本原理。针对铝硅合金、锻铝两类合金进行了实验研究,并对实验数据进行数学模型拟合,从而建立了电磁泵保温炉坩埚内液面下降H与输送时间T的关系,确定了用时间补偿定量输送控制方法。研究表明电磁泵定量输送精度高,是一种先进的输送技术,可提高铸造生产的自动化。
【Abstract】 The basic theory and technology of quantitative pouring with electromagnetic pump in casting was introduced.The experiment of wrought aluminum and Al-Si alloy was studied,the mathematic model fitting of experiment records was made,the relationship between the decrease H of liquid level of maintaining furnace and conveying time T are established,the control mode of time redeeming quantitative pouring was determined.The results show that the quantitative pouring technology with electromagnetic pump is an advanced technology,which has good precision.The technology can improve automatic level in casting.
