热处理对新型系泊链钢22MnCrNiMo组织和性能的影响

【摘要】 系统地研究了新型系泊链钢22MnCrNiMo经不同工艺热处理后的组织和性能。结果表明,该钢在轧制状态能获得贝氏体+索氏体+少量块状铁素体组织,硬度达32HRC。根据系泊链在生产过程中是连续加热冷却的特点,该钢在890~950℃保温30min快速淬火后,可获得细小的板条状马氏体,硬度可达48HRC。该钢淬火后经620℃×(20~60)min调质处理后,可获得较高的强度和较高的冲击韧度,力学性能均达到海洋工程系泊链技术规范的要求。

【Abstract】 The microstructure and mechanical properties of new mooring chain steel 22MnCrNiMo after different heat treatment were studied. The results show that microstructure of rolled steel is bainite + sorbite + some nubby ferrite, and the hardness is 32 HRC. Due to the fact that the mooring chain is manufactured by continuous heating and cooling treatment, thinner lath martensite of the steel is obtained after at 890~950 ℃ rapid quenching after for 30 min and the hardness is 48 HRC. High tensile strength and high impact toughness are obtained after 890 ~950 ℃ quenching for 30min and 620 ℃ tempering for 20~60 min, and the mechanical properties can meet the technical criteria of mooring chain in ocean engineering.
