Al-Sb-Mg中间合金对A356合金显微组织的影响
Effect of Al-Sb-Mg Master Alloy on Microstructure of A356 Alloy
【摘要】 主要研究了Sb和Al-Sb-Mg对A356铝合金显微组织的影响。实验结果表明,在Al-Sb-Mg中间合金中,Sb主要以AlSb和Mg3Sb2化合物的形式存在;Mg对Sb变质A356铝合金有促进作用,AlSb和Mg3Sb2作为异质核心,促进了共晶硅的形核;与Sb变质相比,Al-Sb-Mg能获得更好的变质效果。Al-Sb-Mg变质A356合金经T6热处理之后,α-Al由粗大树枝状变为细小等轴晶状,共晶硅由粗大针片状变为细小颗粒状,且在α-Al基体中均匀分布。
【Abstract】 The effect of Sb and Al-Sb-Mg on the microstructure of A356 aluminum alloy was investigated. The results show that Sb exists mainly in the form of AlSb and Mg3Sb2 in the Al-Sb-Mg master alloy. Mg enhances the effect of modification of Sb for A356 aluminum alloy. AlSb and Mg3Sb2 act as the heterogeneous nucleus for eutectic silicon. Al-Sb-Mg master alloy for modification is better than Sb. After A356 alloys modified by Al-Sb-Mg undergoes T6 treatment,the dendritic α-Al phase transforms to fine equiaxed particles,and the bulky flake eutectic silicon becomes small grain structure,and the distribution of eutectic silicon is uniform in the α-Al matrix.
