【Abstract】 Russia is a country bestriding Europe and Asia.Even since Russia had become an independent country,Russian government has been obtaining geo-economic and political interest by constantly adjusting the energy diplomatic strategy.In recent years with the unceasing rise of global oil price, the energy issue is a leading factor of world political and economical pattern. Based on strengthening government’s power on energy resource,Russia has taken a further step of all-around energy diplomatic attack using energy as weapon,in order to raise her status in global energy market.In this background Russia is building a new energy diplomatic geopolitical structure in terms of"Focus in Europe,key in Commonwealth of Independent States,new tropism in Asia,and gaming globally",to expand her influence as a superpower of energy.更多还原
