【摘要】 在回顾和架构能源地缘政治的内涵与研究框架的基础上,以中亚地区为例,阐释了其能源在全球能源格局中的重要性和地缘战略地位。系统梳理了中亚能源地缘政治格局的演变过程,将其划分为四个阶段,刻画了每一阶段的能源开发利用态势和地缘政治特征,探讨了能源对地缘政治演变的影响和地缘政治发展对能源的作用。随后,对中亚能源地缘政治格局演进的机制进行了解译和分析,指出宏观背景、外部力量、内部力量、突发性事件及其相互作用的变化是中亚能源地缘政治格局演进的重要驱动因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on reviewing and constructing the concept and research framework of energy geopolitics,this paper takes Central Asia as an example and demonstrates the importance of its energy in global energy system,as well as its geopolitical status.The evolution process of Central Asia’s energy geopolitical pattern is systematically learned and divided as four periods,i.e., germinating,formulating,developing and maturing periods.The energy exploration and utilization features and geopolitical characteristics of each period are presented,and discussion of the interactions between energy and geopolitics are conducted.Afterwards,this paper interprets and reveals the driving mechanism of the evolution of Central Asia’s energy geopolitical pattern. As a result,macro-backgrounds,external forces,internal forces and emer gent events and the interactions among them are the major driving forces to propel and change Central Asia’s energy geopolitical pattern.更多还原
