解脲脲原体对人精子形态结构及膜功能完整性的影响
Impact of Ureaplasma urealyticum Infection on Morphology,Ultrastructure and Membrane Function Integrity of Human Sperms
【摘要】 目的探讨解脲脲原体(Uu)对人精子形态、超微结构和膜功能完整性的影响。方法Uu临床标本和标准菌株分别与精子按照25:1比例混合,通过改良巴氏染色、透射电镜、低渗肿胀试验观察精子形态、超微结构及膜功能完整性的改变。结果精子出现头部、颈中段和尾部的缺陷;透射电镜观察可见Uu吸附于精子表面、精子顶体、膜结构、线粒体、中心粒、外周致密纤维等超微结构改变;感染组精子头部膜功能完整性、尾部膜功能完整性均低于正常对照组。结论Uu感染可改变精子形态、超微结构,降低精子膜功能完整性。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of U.urealyticum infection on the morphology,ultrastructure and membrane function integrity of human sperms.Method Sperms were mixed with clinical samples and standard strain of U.urealyticum respectively with Ureaplasma ccu/sperm ratio of 25∶1,and the changes on morphology,ultrastructure and memrane function integrity of sperms were observed by modified Papanicolaou’s staining,the transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and HOS-test.Result The changed morphology of sperms included defects of head,neck and middle section and tail.By TEM,some U.urealyticum were found to attach on the surface of sperms,and there were changed acrosome,membrane,mitochondria,centriole and peripheric pyknotic fibers.Membrane function integrity of sperms in two infection groups was lower than that in normal reference group.Conclusion U.urealyticum infection could change the sperm’s morphology,ultrastructure and decrease the membrane function integrity of sperms.
