【摘要】 质量管理活动和企业绩效的关系问题是学术界和企业界一直关注的重点,但其结论尚未取得一致。本文以重庆市制造企业为样本,对此问题进行了实证分析。结论表明,我国制造企业质量管理活动主要有六个方面的内容:领导支持、员工参与、员工素质、统计控制、产品设计和流程管理。其中,领导支持、员工参与和流程管理对绩效存在显著的直接正向影响,而其它三者仅有间接作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The relationship between quality management practices and performance are always a topic cared by both academic circles and firms.But the conclusions are controversial.Based on Chongqing manufacturing enterprises,this question is empirically investigated.The results reveal that quality management practices involve leadership support,employee involvement,workforce aptitude,statistical control and feedback, product design and process flow management.The conclusions also show that leadership support,employee involvement and process flow management have significant direct impacts on performance while the rest have only indirect influences.更多还原
