【摘要】 目的研究扶正消癥方对肝癌H22荷瘤小鼠的作用。方法以荷肝癌(H22)小鼠为模型,观察扶正消癥方的抗肿瘤作用,分别计算出抑瘤率、胸腺指数和脾脏指数,并用放免法和酶联免疫吸附实验分别测定血清中TNT-α和VEGF的含量。结果相当于生药3.5、7.1、14.2g/kg的扶正消癥方对肝癌(H22)小鼠的抑瘤率分别为15.95%、32.76%和39.22%。复方低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组与模型组的小鼠胸腺指数和脾脏指数比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。复方低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组与模型组对比血清中VEGF和TNF-α的含量差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论扶正消癥方对肝癌H22有明显作用,具有提高机体免疫力、诱导肿瘤细胞坏死和抑制肿瘤浸润的的多重效应,具有进一步研究和开发的实验和临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of"Fuzheng Xiaozheng Decoction"on implanted hepatocarcinoma in H22 mice.Methods Implanted hepatocarcinoma in H22 mice was treated with"Fuzheng Xiaozheng Decoction".The tumor-suppressing rate,thymus and spleen indexes were calculated;the contents of VEGF and TNF-αwere detected by radioimmunoassay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results The tumor-supressing rales of 3.5,7.1 and 14.2 g/kg of"Fuzheng Xiaozheng Decoction"were respectively 15.95%,32.76%and 39.22%;there were great differences in thymus and spleen indexes and the contents of VEGF and TNF-αbetween treatment groups and model group(P<0.01).Conclusion"Fuzheng Xiaozheng Decoction"is effective in the treatment of H22 hepatocarcinoma to enhance immunity,induce tumor cell necrosis and inhibit tumor infiltration.更多还原
