【摘要】 目的建立黄芩药材高效液相色谱-质谱(HPLC-MS)总离子流指纹图谱的评价方法。方法SHIMADZU VP-ODS柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈与0.1%甲酸进行梯度洗脱;流速为0.8ml/min,检测波长276nm。结果得到分离度、重现性均较好的黄芩药材HPLC-ESI-MS总离子流色谱指纹图谱,标示了14个共有峰,以各峰的保留时间和相对峰面积作为数量化基础并借助SPSS13.0数据处理软件进行模糊聚类分析,结果表明山东产黄芩相似性较好,与外省样品有较明显区别。结论黄芩药材指纹图谱的构建,为控制其质量提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an evaluation method of Scutellaria baicalensis by HPLC-MS total ionic chromatographic fingerprints.Methods The HPLC separation was performed on SHIMADZU VP-ODS column(250 mm×4.6mm,5 μm),gradient eluted using acetonitrile and 0.1 % formic acid-wate solvent system with the flow rate of 0.8 ml/min and detected at 276 nm.Results Perfect fingerprints were obtained which can be used for the evaluation of Scutellaria baicalensis;14 common peaks were confirmed in fingerprints.Clustering analysis showed an excellent similarity of Scutellaria baicalensis.Conclusion The method can be applied to establish an evaluation method and quality control of Scutellaria baicalensis.更多还原
