【摘要】 目的观察柴芍六君子汤加减治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将70例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分成治疗组(40例)和对照组(30例);治疗组以柴芍六君子汤加减治疗,对照组以胃复春治疗。疗程均为6个月。结果治疗组临床总有效率为82.50%,对照组为66.67%(P<0.05);治疗组对主要临床症状、胃黏膜萎缩、肠上皮化生的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05),但两组胃黏膜异型增生及HP转阴率无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗组生存质量的改善优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论柴芍六君子汤加减治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction" in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) of spleen deficiency and liver depression.Methods Seventy subjects were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group in which 40 subjects were treated with "Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction" and control group in which 30 cases were treated with Weifuchun,with a course of six months.Results The total effective rate was 82.50% in treatment group and 66.67% in control group(P<0.05);the clinical effects,atrophy and intestinal metaplasia of gastric mucosa were improved more significantly in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05);but there was no significant difference between the two groups in heterotypic hyperplasia and negating helicobacter pylori(HP)(P>0.05);however,the quality of life was bettered more strikingly in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion "Chaishaoliujunzi Decoction" is quite effective for CAG.更多还原
