【摘要】 目的观察疏肝健脾汤治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法将62例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例,两组均采取合理饮食及常规降糖治疗,在此基础上,治疗组给予疏肝健脾汤,对照组给予吗丁啉。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后临床症状、血糖、胃动素水平、胃排空率等变化情况。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为96.77%、83.87%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组治疗后胃排空率、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白、胃动素水平较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.05,P<0.01);除空腹血糖外,组间其余指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论疏肝健脾法对糖尿病胃轻瘫具有良好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects of"Shugan Jianpi Decoction"in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.Methods Sixty-two subjects were evenly randomized into two groups and given proper diets and hypoglycermic agents;in addition,"Shugan Jianpi Decoction"was given in treatment group and Domperidone in control group.The clinical effects,blood sugar,motilin level and gastric emptying rate were observed.Results The total effective rate was 96.77%in treatment group and 83.87%in control group,P<0.01;after treatment,the gastric emptying rate,fasting blood sugar,postprandial 2h sugar,glycated hemoglobin and motilin were improved in both groups(P<0.05,P<0.01);except fasting blood sugar,there were differences in other indexes between two groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion"Shugan Jianpi Decoction"is quite effective in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.更多还原
