【摘要】 为了探索新疆野生盘羊在圈养条件下与绵羊进行人工杂交繁育的可行性,我们于2006年12月5日~2007年12月23日对新疆石河子市绿洲动物园饲养的2只公盘羊进行了电刺激采精和死精症治疗的研究。共采精59次,成功53次,成功率89.8%。结果表明:盘羊对各种电刺激的输出电压均有不同程度的阴茎勃起反应,随着采精次数的增加,在8V左右的输出电压刺激下,更容易引起射精;7岁龄盘羊在治疗后,精子数量明显增多、精子活力明显增强,而3岁龄盘羊在治疗后,精子数量和活力无明显改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the feasibility of artificial hybridization breeding on Xinjiang wild Argali under the condition of rears with the sheep,we carried on the electro-ejaculation and necrospermia′s treatment to two male Argali which raise in the Xinjiang Shihezi Oasis Zoo from December 5,2006 to December 23,2007.We carried 59 times in total with a success rate of 89.8%.The results suggested that argali has the varying degree penis erection respond to each kind of electricity stimulation′s output voltage,with the pick semen′s number increase,gradually more easier to cause semination under about eight output voltage stimulation.After the treatment,there was anvance on sperm quantity and activity of seven years old Argali,but there was no significant improvement on the semen quality of three years old Argali.更多还原
