孕鼠铁缺乏对仔鼠出生健康的影响
Effect of Iron Deficiency in Pregnant Rat on Birth Health of Its Offspring
【摘要】 通过建立孕期大鼠铁缺乏的模型来研究生命早期低铁干预对仔鼠出生健康的影响。将6周龄健康W istar雌性大鼠随机分为二组,实验组喂低铁饲料,对照组喂富铁饲料;4周后与正常成年雄鼠合笼交配,观察母鼠受孕率和铁营养水平及仔鼠出生体重和铁营养状况。结果显示低铁组雌鼠孕末期血红蛋白值低于对照组,而红细胞数、红细胞游离原卟啉、红细胞分布宽度均高于对照组雌鼠(P<0.05)。低铁组仔鼠存活率及肝脏铁、血清铁水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。因此,大鼠孕期低铁干预不仅影响孕鼠的铁代谢,也影响仔鼠的出生健康。
【Abstract】 A nutritional iron deficient model of pregnancy rats was established to explore the life.Healthy six-month female Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups(control group and experimental group),The rats in experimental group and control group were fed on low iron or normal diet respectively.After four weeks,the female rats were mated with healthy adult male rats to detect the maternal reproduction funtion and neonatal iron metabolism.Hemoglobin were lower in experimental group than those in control group(P<0.05),yet erythrocyte hemoglobin distribution width,red blood cell count and free erythrocyte protoporphyrin were higher in experimental group than those in control group(P<0.05).The liver iron and serum iron of offspring in experimental group was lower than the same in control group.So we made a conclusion that iron deficiency during pregnancy affect not only materal iron store but also birth health of its offspring.
