【摘要】 以12个冬春性小黑麦杂交组合F1代为材料,分别接种到不同培养基上,研究了基因型和培养基以及激素和碳源对花药愈伤组织诱导的影响,并对冬春小黑麦在不同培养基上的诱导率做了比较。结果表明,基因型和培养基对冬性小黑麦愈伤组织的诱导率均有显著影响;而对部分春性小黑麦的影响差异不显著;激素和碳源的调整对愈伤组织的诱导有一定程度的影响,但差异不显著。冬春性小黑麦在不同培养基上的反应不同.冬性小黑麦在PⅡ培养基上的愈伤组织诱导率最高,而春性小黑麦的最适培养基因基因型的不同而不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 With F1 populations of 12 cross combinations of winter and spring triticale as material,inoculated them respectively to different mediums,the effect of culture conditions on inducing callus were studied,including different genotypes,kinds of medium,the hormone and carbon source.We compared the frequency of inducing callus of winter and spring triticale on different mediums.The results showed that genotype and medium influenced the frequency of inducing callus of winter triticale significantly;didn’t influence the frequency of inducing callus of part of spring triticale significantly;in the experiment,adjustment of hormone and carbon source influence the frequency of inducing callus to a certain extent,but variance analysis showed no significance.Winter and spring triticale react differently to different mediums.The frequency of inducing callus of winter triticale on PⅡis highest,but for spring triticale,the optimum medium varies with genotype.更多还原
