【摘要】 目的观察经行感传针刺疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法将131例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组65例和对照组66例。治疗组采用经行感传针刺治疗,对照组采用垂直进针治疗,进行疗效对照观察。结果治疗组总有效率为98.5%,对照组总有效率为68.2%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用经行感传针刺治疗方法,在背俞穴和特定神经支配区穴配合选穴,对比常规针刺方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症,其治疗达到更好的临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of along-meridian sensation transmission acupuncture in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods One hundred and thirty-one patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 65 cases and a control group of 66 cases.The treatment group received along-meridian sensation transmission acupuncture and the control group,perpendicular insertion acupuncture.The therapeutic effects were compared.Results The efficacy rate was 98.5%in the treatment group and 68.2%in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Along-meridian sensation transmission acupuncture in which Back-Shu points and points in a specific innervated area were selected in combination has a better effect than conventional acupuncture in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.更多还原
