【摘要】 目的观察电针配合中药离子透入治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法治疗组650例用电针配合中药离子透入治疗,对照组500例只用中药离子透入治疗。结果治疗组有效率93.8%,对照组有效率82.0%。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针配合中药离子透入治疗腰椎间盘突出症有效率优于单纯中药离子透入治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of electroacupuncture plus Chinese herbal medicine iontophoresis in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods A treatment group of 650 patients received electroacupuncture plus Chinese herbal medicine iontophoresis and a control group of 500 patients, Chinese herbal medicine iontophoresis only, performed by the same method as in the treatment group. Results The efficacy rate was 93.8% in the treatment group and 82.0% in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference in the total efficacy rate between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The efficacy rate of electroacupuncture plus Chinese herbal medicine iontophoresis is higher than that of simple Chinese herbal medicine iontophoresis in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.更多还原
