【摘要】 目的观察针刺和理疗联合应用对中风患者运动能力及ADL的影响方法将300例急性脑卒中患者随机分为电针组理疗组和针刺理疗联合组,各100例电针组单纯采用针灸治疗,理疗组单纯采用脑超声中频电刺激治疗,针刺理疗联合组在脑超声中频电刺激的基础上加针刺治疗比较三组功能改善情况,并对比三组的ADL能力结果治疗后,针刺理疗联合组的运动能力和ADL评分均高于电针组和理疗组(P<0.05)结论针刺与理疗的联合疗效优于单纯针刺治疗和单纯理疗更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of combined use of acupuncture and physiotherapy on motor function and ADL in stroke patients. Methods Three hundred patients with acute stroke were randomly allocated to acupuncture,physiotherapy and combined acupuncture and physiotherapy groups,100 cases each. The acupuncture group was treated by simple acupuncture,the physiotherapy group,by simple brain ultrasound intermediate frequency electrostimulation and the combined acupuncture and physiotherapy group,by acupuncture plus brain ultrasound intermediate frequency electrostimulation. The improving effects on the function and ADL were compared between the three groups. Results After treatment,both motor function score and ADL score were higher in the combined acupuncture and physiotherapy group than in the simple acupuncture group and in the simple physiotherapy group(P<0.05) . Conclusion The therapeutic effect of combined acupuncture and physiotherapy is superior to that of simple acupuncture or simple physiotherapy.更多还原
