【摘要】 目的观察头针对脑梗死(CI)所致血管性痴呆(VaD)患者"智能"的影响。方法将68例CI所致VaD患者随机分为头针组和西药组进行观察,对比分析治疗前后患者简易智力状态检查(MMSE)、Blesse痴呆量表(BDS)、长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分的变化。结果61例患者完成观察,治疗后两组患者MMSE、BDS、HDS得分均明显上升,ADL得分明显下降(P<0.05),但两组治疗前后HDS、ADL、BDS、MMSE量表评分差值比较以及治疗后的总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论头针治疗能在一定程度上改善CI所致VaD患者的临床智能状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of scalp acupuncture on intelligence in patients with vascular dementia(VaD) due to cerebral infarction(CI).Methods Sixty-eight patients with genual rheumatoid arthritis were randomly allocated to a scalp acupuncture treatment group and a Western drug treatment group.A pre-posttreatment comparison was made by means of the mini mental status examination(MMSE), the Blesse dementia scale(BDS), the Hasegawa dementia scale(HDS) and activity of daily living(ADL) score.Results Sixty-one patients completed the investigation.MMSE, BDS and HDS scores increased and ADL score decreased significantly in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).But there were no statistically significant differences in pre-posttreatment disparities in HDS, ADL, BDS and MMSE scores and posttreatment difference in the total efficacy rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Scalp acupuncture treatment can improve intellectual status to a certain degree in patients with CI-caused VaD.更多还原
