【摘要】 目的:观察白芷芦荟凝胶对急性放射性皮肤炎的疗效。方法:将14名接受放射线治疗的头颈部肿瘤患者分为中药组与西药组,分别给予外用白芷芦荟凝胶和类固醇药膏防治放射性皮肤炎;对两组患者放射性皮肤炎的损伤程度以及患者痛、痒感觉进行评估和比较。结果:两组患者急性放射性皮肤炎的严重度无明显差异,中药组患者的疼痛和瘙痒程度与西药组相比较有减轻的趋势。结论:白芷芦荟凝胶具有一定的改善急性放射性皮肤炎患者临床症状的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of "Baizhi Luhui Gel"on acute radiation dermatitis.Methods:A total of 14 patients with head-neck cancer undergoing radiotherapy were randomly divided into two groups:the Chinese medicine group treated by "Baizhi Luhui Gel"and the western medicine group treated by neo-cortisone ointment.The severity of acute radiation dermatitis and the patients’ pain and itching in the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results:There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the severity of acute radiation dermatitis.Compared with western medicine group,the patients in Chinese medicine group seemed to have less pain and itching discomfort.Conclusion:"Baizhi Luhui Gel"has the effect of improving the clinical symptoms of patients with acute radiation dermatitis.更多还原
