【摘要】 目的探讨3种不同化学发光系统(A:Elecsys 2010、B:Architect i2000、C:Dxi 800)测定甲胎蛋白(AFP)和糖类抗原125(CA125)结果的可比性。方法取不同浓度AFP的血清79份和CA125血清55份,分别在3种化学发光免疫系统上进行AFP和CA125检测,分析比较结果。结果AFP和CA125测定结果在3种检测系统间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),2个项目在3种检测系统之间各相关系数均>0.975。以A系统作为基准系统对B、C系统作临床可接受性能评价,AFP结果B系统临床部分接受,C系统全部接受;CA125结果B和C系统临床全部接受。结论3种检测系统测定CA125结果临床可接受性能评价具有可比性,他们之间差异可为临床所接受,AFP在A和C系统之间的差异可为临床接受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the results of alpha-fetoprotein(AFP) and the carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125) determined by 3 different chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA)systems(A: Elecsys 2010,B:Architect i2000,C:Dxi 800).Methods The 3 different CLIA systems were used to detect AFP in 79 samples and CA125 in 55 samples.The collected data were processed by statistical analysis.Results Analysis of variances showed that AFP and CA125 results were significant different among 3 different CLIA systems(P<0.01).The correlation coefficient of each system was above 0.975.When A system was used as standard system to evaluate the acceptability of B and C system,B system was partly and C system was completely acceptable of AFP,and they were completely acceptable of CA125.Conclusions There is comparability of 3 CLIA systems in the evaluation of clinical acceptability of CA125 and the difference between them is acceptable.The difference between A and C system is acceptable in the evaluation of clinical acceptability of AFP.更多还原
