望江南蒽醌苷对小鼠免疫功能的影响
The effect of anthraquinone glycosides from coffee senna on immunological function in mice
【摘要】 目的探讨望江南蒽醌苷(AG)对环磷酰胺(CTX)造成的免疫低下小鼠的保护作用。方法体外,将小鼠胸腺和脾淋巴细胞与不同浓度的AG共培养,用MTT法检测AG对胸腺和脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响;体内,腹腔注射CTX形成免疫抑制模型。结果体内试验中,与模型对照组小鼠相比,能显著升高外周血的白细胞数,增强腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,能促进胸腺/脾淋巴细胞增殖,增加胸腺指数和脾指数。结论AG具有免疫增强作用。
【Abstract】 Purpose To investigate the protective effect of anthraquinone glycosides(AG)from coffee senna on immunosuppressive mice induced by cyclophosphamide(CTX).Methods In vitro,the mouse′ thymus and spleen lymphocytes were co-cultured with AG,and thymus and spleen lymphocyte proliferation was determined by MTT method.In vivo,was established immunosuppressive model with CTX by ip and were observed the effects of AG on immunological function in model mice.Results Anthraquinone glycosides could significantly accelerate thymus and spleen lymphocyte proliferation in vitro.Compared with model control group,AG groups could significantly increase the peripheral leukocyte count and enhance phagocytic activity of peritoneal macrophage.Conclusion AG could enhance the immunological function.
