【Abstract】 Many studies have assessed the effects of general anesthetics on the metabolism and blood flow in the brain. However,these studies came to somewhat contraversal results. With application of new technologies,the general anesthetics effects on cerebral blood flow and metabolism can be evaluated more accurately and intuitively. This review is focused on some new advancement of volatile anesthetics,intravenous anesthetics and narcotics on the effects of cerebral hemodynamics.更多还原
