【摘要】 大学生职业发展教育在我国才刚刚起步,尚未形成完整的教育教学体系,没有教学标准,缺乏高质量的课程,专业化师资队伍匮乏。本教学成果按照科学发展观要求,以立德树人为核心,全面提升大学生综合素养的人才培养理念;以人为本,从大学生求学成才就业的需求出发;创新课程教学模式,以"课程引领、文化熏陶、体验实训、岗位实战"为内涵,成功构建应用型本科院校大学生职业发展教育新体系,有效提升大学生职业发展能力;以教学实践和教育科研为抓手,成功打造出一支优秀的专业化教学团队。《应用型本科院校大学生职业发展教育探究与实践》课题的提出,对于我国高校开展大学生职业发展教育具有借鉴意义和积极的推进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In China,training for students’ occupational capability is in its initial stage.An integral system including training standards is yet to be formed.We lack high-quality courses and professional teaching personnel.This research is based on the view of scientific development and aims at enhancing students’ comprehensive qualities.Proceeding from students’ employment needs,the new teaching modes integrates professional knowledge,culture,practical training,and real job experience.This new system will effectively enhance students’ occupational capability and help to develop a highly-qualified teaching team.For application-oriented colleges and universities,a focus on developing students’ occupational capability will be of great significance.更多还原
