软饮料中苯含量检测方法研究(英文)

【摘要】 固相微萃取技术较之传统的萃取技术有很多优势,本文深入研究并最优化了利用固相微萃取技术萃取软饮料中苯的方法。通过旋转组合设计和响应面分析等统计学方法,在优化平衡时间、萃取时间和样品体积的基础上得到最大萃取量。在30℃条件下,当固相微萃取的平衡时间为8min,萃取时间为18min,样品体积为8mL时,从软饮料中萃取苯达到最大回收率。SPME方法最低检测限达到0.02μg·L-1,相对标准偏差(R.S.D)为2.01%,回收率在90.8%~102.3%之间。

【Abstract】 The development and optimization of a solid-phase microextraction (SPME) technique for the determination of benzene in soft drinks is described. This technique offers several advantages over conventional methods. Three SPME parameters (incubation time, extraction time, and sample volume ) were optimized using statistical methods including general rotary unitized design and response surface methodology with a view toward maximizing the extraction yield. From this study, it could be concluded that the maximum recovery of benzene from soft drinks was obtained at a temperature of 30 ℃ with an incubation time of 8 min, an extraction time of 18 min, and a sample volume of 8 mL. The lowest test limit of the SPME method was 0.02 μg·L-1, the relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) was 2.01% and the recovery rate values ranged between 90.8% and 102.3%.
