一种新型升压三电平逆变器
A Novel Boost Three-level Inverter
【摘要】 为了研制输出纹波小、高效的单相光伏逆变器,提出了新型三电平升压逆变器.将串并联二极管电容网络与传统Boost升压电路相结合,配合后级桥式逆变电路,可实现输入48 V直流电压,输出有效值220 V交流电压.分析了新型三电平升压电路的工作原理,并进行了实验验证.结果表明,该新型三电平逆变器结构简单,与其他三电平逆变电路相比较,其电路具有较明显的优势,在实现三电平逆变的同时,实现可调升压,使用较少的开关器件,有较高的效率.
【Abstract】 A novel DC-AC Boost three-level inverter was proposed in order to develop higher efficient single phase PV inverter with lower output ripple.It can transform input 48 V DC power to output 220 V AC power by combining series-parallel diode-capacitor network,traditional DC-DC Boost converter and bridge inverter main circuit together.The operation principle of the novel inverter was analyzed,and the operation was verified by experiments.The experimental results prove that,compared with traditional three-level inverter,the novel inverter has more advantages.Realizing the three-level inversion,the novel three-level inverter can also increase the voltage lift-rating,use less switch devices and improve the power efficiency.
