基于冷冻切片的下颈椎C4~C7段有限元建模及验证
Finite Element Modeling of the Lower Cervical Spine C4-C7 Unit Based on Crysectional Images
【摘要】 为了进行颈椎生物力学深层研究,提出了基于冷冻切片图像建立人体下颈椎三维有限元模型的方法.采用逆向工程手段,构建了具有皮质骨、松质骨、椎间盘、小关节面等复杂结构的颈椎多节段模型.通过施加生理载荷,模拟颈椎前屈-后伸、侧弯、扭转以及轴向压缩等受力状态.结果表明,模型具备了较高精度的解剖学结构和形态学结构,其有效性也得到了验证,能够用于更为复杂的颈椎生物力学研究.
【Abstract】 In order to get a deeper understanding of the biomechanics of human cervical spine,a finite element modeling method based on crysectional images was presented.In this method,reverse engineering tools were introduced and a detailed FE model with important anatomical features like cortical bone,cancellous bone,intervertebral disc,facet joint was modeled for each spinal level.This model was been validated against experimental data and other existing FE models under flexion,extension,lateral flexion,torsion and axial compression by applying physiology loads.The results show this model has a high level geometrically and mechanically accuracy and can be used for biomechanical study with more complexities.It provides a new and accurate modeling method for biomedicine digitization studies.
