基于可靠度的多设备混联系统机会维护模型
Reliability-Based Opportunistic Preventive Maintenance Model of Multi-units Serial-Parallel System
【摘要】 以多设备组成的混联生产系统为研究对象,采用可靠度恢复因子描述不同维护方式下设备可靠度演化,建立了一种基于可靠度的以维护成本为优化目标的多设备混联生产系统的机会维护模型.算例分析表明,该模型符合实际生产情况,能够为复杂结构的生产系统预防性维护决策提供有力支持.
【Abstract】 The reliability recursion relationship of every unit in complex system evolvement was described for different preventive maintenance actions concerning with reliability renew factor,a reliability based opportunistic preventive maintenance model to make a target of the minimal maintenance cost was built up for multiple-units derail-parallel system.An applied case show that the model is practical and can support maintenance decision for complex construction production system.
