换热器管路布置的直接数学描述方法
A Direct Mathematic Description Method for the Circuit Layout of Heat Exchanger
【摘要】 针对已有换热器管路布置数学描述方法不能直接描述制冷剂流程,以及部分方法不能描述任意管路布置的换热器的问题,提出了一种直接描述流程的管路布置描述方法——制冷剂流程数组.新的方法克服了以上问题,适合应用于换热器的管路优化.将该方法与已有的管路描述方法进行了比较,并将其应用在实际换热器仿真中.
【Abstract】 As the existing description methods can not directly reflect the refrigerant flow path,and some of them can not describe all potential circuit layouts.The new method named as refrigerant path array was proposed and it can overcome the above two defects.The method is fit for the optimization of the heat exchanger.The comparison between the new method and the original methods was made and the new method was applied to the simulations.
