天然气合成油燃料喷射特性

【摘要】 在油泵试验台上,测试了多个工况下天然气合成油(GTL)燃料的喷油速率和油管压力,计算了音速,并与柴油进行了对比,对GTL的喷射过程进行了试验研究.结果表明,当转速不变,随负荷增大,喷油速率、泵端和嘴端压力都逐渐增大,峰值出现的相位后移;循环喷油量明显增加,喷油持续期延长;当负荷不变,随转速升高,喷油速率逐渐增大,最大喷油速率出现的相位滞后,循环喷油量增大,喷油持续期延长;泵端和嘴端压力上升起点位置前移,压力峰值逐渐增大.GTL与柴油对比研究发现,GTL的喷油速率、泵端和嘴端压力峰值以及音速均较小,循环喷油量较少,喷油始点略有延迟,喷油持续期较短.

【Abstract】 Fuel injection rate and fuel line pressure of GTL and conventional diesel fuels were measured on a fuel pump test bench and sound speed was calculated at various operating conditions.The results show that when the pump speed keeps constant,with the load increasing fuel injection rate and line pressure of pump and nozzle ends gradually increase;the locations of peak values for these parameters are delayed;the quantity of fuel injection per cycle increases significantly;the fuel injection duration prolongs.When the load keeps constant,with the speed increasing,the fuel injection rate of GTL increases and the maximum rate displays delayed;the quality of fuel injection per cycle increases;the fuel injection duration prolongs;the points of line pressure rising with both pump and nozzle ends move forward;the maximum pressures of the ends increase.When compared to diesel,at the same test points,GTL shows that the fuel injection rate and the peak values of line pressure at pump and nozzle ends are lower;the quantity of fuel injection per cycle is less;the fuel injection timing retards slightly;the fuel injection duration is shorter;and the sound speed of GTL is smaller.
