【摘要】 本文以某寿险公司8家大中城市分公司为样本,分别基于DEA和SFA两种方法对其总保费、标准保费和分渠道保费产出效率进行了估算。结果表明,该公司大中城市分公司的经营效率不容乐观,资金推动业务发展的特征比较明显,经营绩效仍待提高。虽然这是基于一家寿险公司样本分析得出的结论,但是,当前寿险公司在大中城市经营效率不高这一现象是比较普遍的,需要引起寿险行业的高度关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article lists out 8 branches of some life insurance company in large-medium sized cities as study sample, and makes estimates of efficiency of premium in different gauge. The result shows that the operational efficiency of the company is far from sound. The business is mostly cash-driven, and the efficiency needs to be lifted. Though the conclusion is drawn upon one company, the problem it reflects is popular, and should arouse high attention of whole life insurance industry.更多还原
