【摘要】 为了降低公共机构的建筑能耗,文章提出公共机构建筑能耗指标模型,阐述了公共机构建筑能耗指标与用能单位建筑能耗指标之间的关系;并以分析江苏省省级机关40家单位2005年的建筑能耗数据为例,结合指标模型,确定影响公共机构人均建筑能耗的主导单位,评价影响主导单位人均建筑能耗的各个因素,并为降低公共机构建筑能耗提出了建设性的意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 To reduce building energy consumption of public institution, model of building energy consumption guideline of public institution is brought forward, and relationship of this consumption ?guideline between public institution and individual units is expatiated. Consumption data of forty units of provincial department of Jiangsu Province in 2005 as an example, with the combination of guideline model, analyze the leading units which have the greatest impact on per capita energy consumption of public institutions, and evaluate the various factors which influence per capita energy consumption of the leading units.
