【摘要】 对Fe-15Mn-5Si-9Cr-5Ni-0.5Ti形状记忆合金的组织和性能进行了研究。合金经由小变形量压缩(3%)之后在873K下退火处理15min,反复处理5个循环。用光学显微镜(OM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对其显微组织进行了研究。在5次训练过后,合金可回复应变由1.26%上升至1.8%。在训练过程中逐渐析出TiC颗粒,直径大约100~150nm,对记忆效应有良好的作用。

【Abstract】 Shape memory effect and microstructure of Fe-15Mn-5Si-9Cr-5Ni-0.5Ti shape memory alloys were investigated.Alloys were deformed by 3% compression and annealed at 873K for 15min,repeated 5 times.The microstructure of the alloys was observed by optical microscopy(OM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The recovery strain was attained to 1.8% from 1.26% after 5 training cycles.TiC particles about 100~150nm in diameter precipitated during training process.The addition of Ti improved shape memory effect effectively.
