【Abstract】 Making use of the corporate culture,especially the enterprise learning-oriented culture to gain a competitive advantage has increasingly become a consensus. This article has expressed the situation of learning cultural development in Hefei,Anhui Province by investigating some of the enterprises or units. Based on the issues discovered in the empirical analysis,this paper has given out some sugestions and countermeasures on the construction of the corporate learning culture.更多还原
