【摘要】 目的:观察血塞通软胶囊与中药足浴对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:对照组30例用甲钴胺口服。治疗组30例口服血塞通软胶囊每次2粒,每日2次;中药复方煎液沐足,每日2次,每次30min。10d为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察结果。结果:治疗组临床痊愈5例,显效11例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率93.3%。对照组显效7例,有效13例,无效10例,总有效率为66.7%。两组总有效率比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:本法疗效显著,经济简便。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effect of Capsula Mollis of Xuesaitong and foot bath with Chinese crude drug on peripheral neuropathy of diabetes.Method:30 cases in control group were treated by mecobalamine taken orally,and other 30 ones in treatment group were done by Capsula Mollis of Xuesaitong,2 capsules once and two times a day,and foot bath with Chinese crude drug,30 minutes once and two times a day.One treatment course included 10 days,and the two groups were done 3 courses.Result:The total effective rate in treatment group was 93.3%.Conclusion:The curative effect of the method is notable.The method is simple and cheap.更多还原
