【Abstract】 Under the background of promoting quality education and thoroughly implementing the scientific development, the implementation of quality education has become basic education’s mission. Creating high-quality schools is the basis and protection of implementing quality education. However, for a long time, there is the debate on the connotation and characteristics of high-quality schools, thus it impacts our exploration to the high-quality schools to some extent. Therefore, clearly and scientifically defining the basic characteristics of high-quality schools and itself has theoretical and practical significance for us to guide the balanced development of basic education and to promote the transformation of primary and secondary schools.更多还原
