【Abstract】 As for all the risks in the operation of nongovernmental schools,the government has the responsibility to evade and dispose.This paper analyzes the necessity of establishing Risk-Warning Mechanism from the aspects of policy cost,management cost,politics cost,investment cost,family cost,education cost paid by the society to avoid such risks in nongovernmental schools.It also discusses and offers some suggestions to the strategies of government and local regulations in establishing such mechanism.更多还原
