教师有效利用课程资源的实践策略
Practical Strategies of Curriculum Resources Utilization for Teachers
【摘要】 教师能否有效利用课程资源关系到课堂教学的质量。本文将利用课程资源的实践策略概括为:课前以教科书为核心对课程资源进行筛选与整合;课中以学生发展为导向充分利用背景性、生成性资源;课后开展反思与交流活动建构教师个人教学资源库。
【Abstract】 It’s important for a teacher to utilize curriculum resources effectively to improve effectiveness of classroom instruction.This paper concerns with such main points as using the textbook as core to choose proper curriculum resources and to integrate them before class, taking guide of students’ development to activate and to hasten parturition the students’ background resources and generative resources in class, and carrying out multifarious of various reflective and interchange activities to construct personal teaching resources base after class.
