基于图形化的凸轮、连杆和滑块组合机构CAD
The CAD of Mechanism Combined by Cam, Linkage and Slide Based on Graphics
【摘要】 为了解决自动机和自动机械设计中,实现滑块位移规律的凸轮连杆组合机构设计问题,提出了一种基于图形化的凸轮、连杆和滑块组合机构CAD具体方法,按此方法在实例中将整个CAD程序用嵌入在AutoCAD图形系统中的VBA编制,这样可用AutoCAD实现以精确(可供用户测量)的机构运动图形的方式仿真设计结果并可测量任何构件的位形,从而设计过程和设计结果将具有直观、可信和可靠的特点。
【Abstract】 This paper proposes a CAD algorithm for the mechanism combined by cam,linkage and slide in order to solving the design problems of achieving slide displacement.The CAD method is programmed by VBA which is a basic language embed in Auto CAD system,the design result which is expressed by slide displacement and cam contour curves is displayed by mechanism drawings which can be measured by user.Therefore the procedure and result of design is visual,convinced and reliable.
