【Abstract】 Universal primers were used to amplify nuclear ribosomal DNA ITS of Scilla scilloides(Lindl.)Druce,but they did not work.Then 12 primers were designed according to the principle of primer-design and were used .Nuclear ribosomal DNA ITS of Scilla scilloides(Lindl.)Druce was obtained using primers PA3 and D(ITS3), PA4 and D(ITS3), PA4 and DO2.更多还原
