【摘要】 目的:观察中药薰洗联合玻璃酸钠治疗绝经后膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将110例确诊为绝经后膝骨性关节炎的患者随机分为两组。对照组54例单纯用关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗,治疗组56例采用中药薰洗联合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗,治疗后观察两组病例的近期及远期治疗效果。结果:治疗后治疗组的近期及远期疗效均优于对照组。结论:中药薰洗联合玻璃酸钠治疗绝经后膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效明显优于单纯关节腔注射玻璃酸钠,且不易复发,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of chinese herbal medicine steaming-washing combined with sodium hyaluronate on patients with postmenopausal degenerative osteoarthritis.Methods:110 qualified cases were randomly divided into control group(sodium hyaluronate injection)and treatment group(chinese herbal medicine steaming-washing combined with sodium hyaluronate).The effects of short-term and long-term were observed.Result:The effects of shortterm and long-term in treatment group were better than those in control group.Conclusion:The curative effect of chinese herbal medicine steaming-washing combined with sodium hyaluronate on postmenopausal genual osteoarthritis is superior to sodium hyaluronate injection only.This therapy reduces the recurrence and deserves further promotion.更多还原
