【摘要】 目的:研究抗感冲剂体外抗甲型流感病毒的作用。方法:在体外用MTT法和CPE法观察抗感冲剂体外对甲型流感病毒感染的预防作用、直接杀伤作用以及对流感病毒生物合成的抑制作用。结果:抗感冲剂对于阻断流感病毒侵入、直接杀伤病毒及抑制病毒穿入后增殖皆有效果,其治疗指数分别为12.76,10.29,7.95。结论:抗感冲剂有明显的抗甲型流感病毒作用,呈剂量效应关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate anti-viral effects of Kanggan powder on influenza A virus (H1N1 )in vitro. Method: Under different administration modes,anti-viral effects of Kanggan powder against H1N1 were observed by MTT assay and cytopathic effect (CPE) assay. Result:Kanggan powder showed a multi-access effect on H1N1,such as prevention effect on virus adsorption,inhibition effect on virus proliferation after adsorption and the effect of direct killing virus. In abovementioned effects,TI were 12.76,10.29 and 7.95 respectively. Conclusion:Kanggan powder has an obvious effect against H1N1 in vitro.更多还原
